Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance operations across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will perform make-ready work under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, responding to requests and work orders, pool maintenance with chemical logs, and supporting inventory and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Report violations of community rules to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
