Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations of the property, including corrective and preventative tasks, and assist with make-ready processes under supervision. The role requires regular on-site attendance and efficient handling of resident/management work orders.

Responsibilities include pool and grounds maintenance, daily inspections, maintaining logs, safety compliance, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property (corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, cosmetic).
• Handle make-ready process under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
