Responsibilities

• Marketing, administrative, and financial operation of the property under supervision.
• Understand local market, leasing units, and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts.
• Tour prospects, greet clients, and show vacant/model units.
• Log prospect information in property management software.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts promptly.
• Stay updated on promotions and leasing incentives.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant inspections and notices.
• Support daily community inspections and lease-related duties.
