Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Proven sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain license within legal timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients and identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Inspect show units and common areas, greet and tour prospects.
• Promote and utilize third-party online leasing programs.
• Log prospect information and communications into property management software.
• Maintain timely communication via emails, voicemails, and texts.
• Assist with moves and move-out inspections as needed.
• Perform daily property inspections and enforce community policies.
