Job summary

BH Management, LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant for our Irving, TX property. The role involves responding to inquiries, marketing the community, and leasing/renewing apartments in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and ensure accurate record-keeping in our Property Management software, while delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in accordance with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease application paperwork for approval and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects and show units, including vacant or model units and amenity spaces.
• Maintain logging of prospect information in the Property Management system and respond to emails/voicemails/texts.
