Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Fort Worth, TX to respond to inquiries, market units, and manage leases with a customer-focused approach. You will conduct tours, process applications, and maintain accurate records in our property management system.

Qualifications

Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
Must have or obtain a state leasing license where required.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries/leads and identify potential renters; market, lease, and renew apartments per company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
Handle daily marketing, administrative, and financial operation of the property under the Community Manager.
Know and promote local specials, floor plans, and leasing incentives.
Process lease applications for approval and prepare new lease contracts.
Show units and common areas to prospects; inspect pre-lease units before move-in and communicate concerns.
Log prospect information into the Property Management software and respond to emails, voicemails, and texts.
Post notices to vacate and assist with Move Out Vacant Inspections (MOVIC) as needed.
Assist with daily property inspections and other duties as assigned.
