Bell Partners in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries. You will serve as a central point of communication between residents, management, and maintenance to ensure a smooth leasing process and a positive community experience.

The role requires strong customer service, a professional image, teamwork, and reliable documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Must demonstrate support of Bell strategic drivers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to work on a team and present a professional image.

Responsabilités

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property's products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends; maintain product knowledge.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident including leases and addendums.
• Regular attendance and punctuality; proper documentation.
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease; respond to inquiries or issues timely.
