BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Arlington, TX to respond to inquiries, identify potential renters, market units, and lease or renew apartments with exceptional customer service. You will support the Community Manager, conduct tours, process applications, and stay current on promotions and incentives.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Competenze

Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Mansioni

Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
Manage daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations under the Community Manager.
Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
Tour prospects of vacant/model units and common areas.
Log prospect information and notifications into the property management software.
Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts from prospects and residents.
Maintain knowledge of promotions and leasing incentives.
Assist with inspections and move-in readiness as required.
Other duties as assigned.
