BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from prospective residents, market properties, and lease apartments in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines. You will deliver excellent customer service and present a professional image of BH at all times.

This role covers daily marketing, lease processing, unit showings, and coordination with the Community Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., front desk, hospitality, or leasing).
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills in a service or sales environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for multi-tasking and client interaction.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and provide inclusive service.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain it within the required timeframe.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations under the Community Manager.
• Understand the community and local market promos and floor plans.
• Process lease applications for CM approval and prepare new leases.
• Tour prospects through vacant/model units and amenity areas.
• Log prospect information into the property management software and respond to inquiries.
• Respond promptly to emails, voicemails, and texts from prospects and residents.
• Stay updated on promotions and leasing incentives to maximize occupancy.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist and deadlines per standards.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications as applicable.
