Qualifications

Two years leasing experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
Motivated self-starter who works well in a team and sets goals.

Responsibilities

Welcome and tour prospects, qualify wants/needs, present community and apartments with features and benefits.
Proactively manage leads, document tours, and complete leasing paperwork.
Ensure tour route areas and property grounds are well-maintained.
Walk rent readies and monitor vacant units for rent-readiness.
Maintain awareness of local market conditions and assist marketing/resident satisfaction.
