Job summary

Brazos Residential Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Dallas, TX to be the face of the property, greeting residents, prospects, and the public. You will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities to attract and retain residents while delivering exceptional service.

You will tour communities, answer questions, convert leads into tours, manage paperwork, and coordinate move-in and renewal processes. A bilingual, customer-focused approach is required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Bi-lingual is a must.
• 6 months multifamily or related customer service experience.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments.
• Know your community and floor plans.
• Convert leads into tours by following up with prospects and providing compelling information about the property, units, amenities, and neighborhood.
• Follow up with all leads and prospects that did not lease; document daily traffic, calls, emails and visits.
• Seek out new residents with social and outreach marketing to promote the property.
• Respond timely to calls, emails, and site visits.
• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely completion of application and lease paperwork.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and adding last minute touches.
• Manage lease renewal processes.
• Enter information into internal resident and property databases.
• Work with residents to resolve concerns and submit service requests.
• Provide exceptional service — always.
• Plan, facilitate and participate in resident events.
