Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is hiring Leasing Consultants to act as the first impression for prospective and current residents. You will guide tours, close leases, and ensure an exceptional move-in experience while supporting occupancy and retention goals.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, familiarity with leasing software, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Bilingual Spanish is a plus as is knowledge of OneSite/Yield Star. Office-based with field tours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in; close the sale and complete lease documents.
• Showcase community features aligned to customer needs.
• Ensure smooth renewal process for existing residents; retain occupancy.
• Use creative marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic.
• Follow up with potential and current residents to support occupancy goals.
• Handle unexpected situations with problem-solving and good judgment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community and competitors.
• Promote positive resident relations with courteous, timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents and resident files with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teammates to plan resident events.
• Assist in other projects as needed.
