Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first impression for prospective and current residents. You will guide tours, close leases, and ensure a move‑in experience that delights residents while supporting occupancy goals.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and collaboration with the team to plan events, respond promptly to resident needs, and maintain accurate applicant and lease records.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OneSite and Yield Star preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move‑in, including closing the sale.
• Showcase community features related to customer needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-ups.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to increase traffic.
• Collaborate with team to plan resident events.
• Prepare lease documents and maintain resident files.
