Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to communicate with a diverse client base. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualificações

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including CRM systems and MS Office.
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Professional, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, especially in insurance with a 2-20/440 license.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Attend trainings and participate in local store marketing initiatives.
