Job summary

Univista Insurance seeks a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and actively promote our insurance products and services. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with a diverse client base.

You will handle calls, conduct outbound follow-ups, upsell, and maintain detailed records. Prior call center or insurance experience is preferred; a 1-year baseline in customer service is common in this role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• 1 year customer service experience preferred; call center or insurance background a plus.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and promote products or services.
• Identify customer concerns and resolve them effectively for a positive experience.
• Apply problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address inquiries and complaints.
• Promote products and services during interactions, using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with team and other departments; escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Attend training sessions and participate in local store marketing initiatives.
