Job summary

Univista Insurance is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote insurance products in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with a high school diploma and familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.

You'll handle calls, follow up on inquiries, upsell and cross-sell, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with team members across departments. Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a call center or customer service preferred.
• Familiar with CRM and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and initiate outbound follow-ups.
• Promote products/services with upselling and cross-selling.
• Resolve inquiries and issues with timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments as needed.
