UNIVISTA HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative in Texas. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and actively promote our insurance products and services.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base. The role involves inbound and outbound calls, upselling, and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or telesales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and promote products.
• Identify customer concerns and resolve them effectively.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to resolve issues.
• Attend training sessions and participate in store marketing initiatives.
