Job summary

Univista Holdings LLC seeks a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to handle inquiries and resolve issues for customers in English and Spanish. You will promote products and services, upsell where appropriate, and maintain precise records of interactions and outcomes.

You will engage with customers to understand needs, provide personalized solutions, and collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues while following regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills with CRM and MS Office.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred; insurance experience a plus.
• Insurance license (2-20/440) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and promote products and services.
• Identify concerns and resolve them effectively to ensure a positive experience.
• Use problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address inquiries and complaints.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities during interactions.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex issues.
• Attend sales and customer service training sessions.
