Univista Holdings in Plano, TX seeks a bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and actively promote products and services. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to serve our diverse customer base.

You will respond to calls, conduct follow-up outreach, and record interactions while leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role requires a proactive, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, preferably in an insurance-related field with a 2-20/440 license.
