UNIVISTA HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative in Haltom City, TX. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and actively promote auto, home, and other insurance solutions.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. A high school diploma is needed along with CRM and MS Office proficiency. Insurance license (2-20/440) is preferred. This is an on-site role in a fast-growing agency offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

• Experience in call center or customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up, resolve issues or upsell products.
• Promote products and services using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and ORMs.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to resolve issues.
