Job summary

Toast is hiring a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow our Spanish-language presence in US restaurants. This fully remote role requires proficiency in English and Spanish, with a consultative sales approach to convert inbound demand, generate new opportunities, and close contracts in the customer’s language.

You will work primarily from a home office. Responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting bilingual discovery calls and demos, and preparing quotes and contracts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
• 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role in hospitality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
• Self-motivated, creative and tech-savvy with software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing-qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Ensure onboarding and customer success post-sale.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
