Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence within Spanish cuisine restaurants. This fully remote role leverages bilingual English/Spanish communication to convert inbound demand, generate new opportunities, and close contracts for restaurateurs in their preferred language.

You will conduct calls and demos, craft quotes in the customer’s language, and coordinate with onboarding to ensure post-sale success.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• 1+ years in sourcing or closing sales or related fields.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
