Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service with a focus on relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with families and customers to understand needs and explain services and options.
• Present electronic materials and demonstrate cemetery property choices.
• Manage follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and obtaining signatures.
• Enter orders into the database and verify documents.
• Drive company vehicle to show plots when needed.
• Meet revenue targets through warm leads and proactive outreach.
