Job summary

Service Corporation International in San Benito, TX seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow revenue by presenting cemetery and pre-need offerings to families. You will listen to needs, explain options, and guide decisions with compassion while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

As primary contact, you will schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and coordinate with funeral and cemetery teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual Spanish/English communication
• At least 1 year customer service or direct sales experience
• Willingness to work in death industry

Responsibilities

• Connect with families through listening and honest communication to understand needs
• Explain services, products and cemetery options to customers
• Drive company vehicle to show plots or niches to customers
• Enter selections into electronic contract and verify documents
• Follow up with family as arrangements progress and address changes
• Coordinate with funeral and cemetery teams to ensure high-quality service
• Greet and assist families at visitations, services and receptions
• Generate warm leads and convert them through appointments and sales calls
• Maintain leads in Salesforce and track progress to target close rate
• Adhere to regulations and company policies and seek guidance as needed
