Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Licenses: Driver's license with clean record; Life Insurance License as required.
• Experience: At least 1 year customer service or direct sales.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Willingness to work in the death industry.

Responsibilities

• Listen to families, present services and options, guiding selections.
• Enter selections into electronic contract and verify with customer.
• Maintain leads in Salesforce.com and follow up to drive a 4:1 close rate.
• Attend visitations, services and receptions to address questions.
• Provide warm leads and schedule appointments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations; escalate non-routine issues.
