Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage patient intake, financial clearance, and front-office operations in a bilingual Spanish/English environment. You will collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to ensure accurate data, scheduling, and patient satisfaction.

The role reports to the Clinic Manager and offers comprehensive benefits, 15 days PTO, holidays, and multiple insurance options. This is a full-time, Mon-Fri position in Oak Park, IL.

Qualifications

• Front-office experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Knowledge of insurance benefits and patient financial responsibilities.
• Ability to use EMR and scheduling tools with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience and greet patients warmly.
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographic verification and eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and support referral communications as needed.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
