Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver a seamless front-office experience across IL clinics. You will handle patient intake, financial clearance, and scheduling while ensuring data accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

This role partners with clinical teams and PES to optimize revenue cycle performance. Travel to local IL locations is required, and the ideal candidate will educate patients on payments, utilize EMR tools, and strive for exceptional patient

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel, and EMR systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration or customer service preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients and deliver a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration, verify demographics and eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows for provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
• Use EMR systems and dashboards to track outcomes and aid improvements.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources timely.
• Organize patient milestones and community activities with clinical team.
