Reconnecting Relationships Therapy is seeking a part-time front desk coordinator who can manage client bookings, payments, intake forms, and first impressions for the therapy practice. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong communication, and the ability to work both autonomously and with the team in a compassionate, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the clinic vision.
• Experience in client care and front-desk duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Support: bookings, payments, intake forms.
• Client Interaction: welcome clients, answer calls/emails, process payments.
• Quality Assurance: complete admin tasks, manage bookings and payments.
• Office Maintenance: organize spaces, manage supplies, maintain files.
• Support & Collaborate: work with therapists to enhance services.
• Create Social Media Content: announce office updates and marketing content.
