What We Offer:
- Compensation:$20/hour for part-time (20 hours a week)
- Shifts: Monday from 2pm to 7pm, Wednesday from 9am to 2pm, Friday from 9am to 2pm & Saturday from 9 to 2pm

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (REQUIRED)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the clinic.
- Confidence in sharing ideas and constructive feedback to help us grow.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and keeping promises.
- An appetite for innovation and simplicity with a strong process orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a talented team.
- Extremely organized, self-motivated individual thinking 10 steps ahead, with the ability to work well under pressure and see the big picture with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrates a passion for helping others, as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients.
- Proficient in technology platforms, such as Google Workspace Apps, and Canva.Knowledge of Jane App is an asset but not required.
What You'll Do:
- Front Desk Support: Provide exceptional support to our psychotherapy practice, assisting with client bookings, payments, and managing intake & consent forms.
- Client Interaction: Welcome clients to the office, answer client calls and emails, and process payments for sessions with warmth, professionalism and compassion.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, including follow-ups on payments, securing payment information, and uploading secure documents. Manage booking software, including schedules and treatments offered.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the office area and shared spaces organized, manage office supplies, maintain clinical files, and confirm EAP payments.
- Support & Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.
- Create Social Media Content:Create office announcements and marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Client Care and Customer Service, preferably in a medical office at the front desk.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are welcome!
