Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist - Bilingual Spanish to greet customers, manage phone calls, and keep the store operations running smoothly.

You will handle scheduling, basic patient information, and collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, possesses 0-2 years of related experience, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to learn National Vision protocols.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist store customers to ensure a smooth flow through the store.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in line with National Vision protocols.
• Process and understand managed care plans while collecting document information when needed.
• Provide customers with basic and accurate information and schedule appointments.
• Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Maintain and distribute daily mail/deliveries and track office supply inventory.
