Job summary

National Vision is hiring a receptionist/front office representative to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will manage multiple phone lines, greet customers, screen calls, and coordinate appointments while assisting with insurance information as needed.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to safety protocols, and professional communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Experience as a Receptionist or Front Office role preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high quality customer service while following all safety protocols.
• Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol.
• Processes and understands managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed.
• Schedules and confirms appointments, follow-up visits and classes.
• Receives, sorts, distributes daily mail/deliveries and maintains inventory of office supplies.
