Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in English and Spanish to greet customers, manage appointments, and keep patient records organized. You will serve as the main point of contact at the store, supporting smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a welcoming in-store presence. Prior receptionist experience is preferred but not required, with training provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish reading and speaking.
• Experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
• Keep patient records organized and help schedules flow smoothly.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls per National Vision protocol.
• Provide basic information and schedule appointments.
• Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with supplies.
