Ideal candidates will have 0-2 years of related experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the store.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls per protocol.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient records and follow-up visits.
• Process and understand managed care plans; obtain information from insurers as needed.
• Maintain tidy reception area and inventory of office supplies.
• Assist with daily mail/deliveries and keep files for next day appointments.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
