Responsibilities

• Performs check in, registration, scheduling, and demographic verification.
• Monitors patient flow and serves as liaison to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintains a clean, welcoming reception area and ensures proper information signage.
• Ensures translation services are provided in Spanish when needed.
