Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a front desk/security associate in Naples, FL. You will greet guests, monitor entry points, coordinate with staff to keep owner information up to date in the system, and handle phone calls professionally.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred) and at least six months of related experience. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus, with hospitality background viewed favorably. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must be familiar with using computer software to perform various tasks, and must demonstrate organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Previous work experience in the hospitality industry highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests on entry with high-quality customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance/exit to protect premises.
• Coordinate with office staff to update unit owner information in the database.
• Answer calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Write daily activity and irregularity reports.
• Report maintenance items to the Association office daily.
• Maintain the key control system and secure keys.
• Follow emergency procedures with management and authorities.
• Observe safety precautions to protect residents and property.
