Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Must demonstrate organizational, interpersonal and strong communication skills.
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the community in a standing position with excellent customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance/exit to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Coordinate with office staff to update all unit owner information in the database.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette for all calls to residents.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations as observed.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage or incidents to management.
• Manage the key control system and ensure keys are secure at all times.
• Familiar with fire alarm operations and report incidents to management.
• Call police or fire in emergencies and coordinate with responders.
