Formación

• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Experience as Receptionist or Front Office preferred.
• 0–2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and warmly.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls per protocol.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Maintain patient records and organize files daily.
• Notify customers on order status and delays.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked.
• Participate in regular team meetings.
