America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet customers at the Colton store. You will manage phone lines, assist with schedules, and help maintain patient records while delivering excellent customer service in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and reading proficiency.
• Receptionist/front office experience preferred but not required.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner as they arrive at the store.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls per National Vision protocol.
• Provide customers with basic information and assist with insurance/document needs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-up visits.
• Maintain tidy reception area and organize patient records.
