Job summary

National Vision, the parent company of America’s Best, is seeking a Receptionist to greet customers, manage records, and help schedules flow smoothly in-store. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 0–2 years of related experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Receptionist experience preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner as they arrive at the store.
• Keep organized patient records and help patient schedules flow smoothly.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls per National Vision protocol.
• Process and understand managed care plans; obtain information from insurers as needed.
• Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
• File patient records daily and pull files for next-day appointments.
• Check order status and notify customers of delays or readiness.
• Maintain tidy reception area and stock office supplies.
