Job summary

America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Mansfield, TX store. You will greet customers, manage scheduling, and help keep patient records organized while providing prompt service in person or over the phone.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and strong customer service skills, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Prior front desk experience is a plus, and we offer competitive pay and benefits as part of National Vision.

• Experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk role preferred.
• Strong customer-service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the store.
• Handle phone calls, screens, and route inquiries per National Vision protocol.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and basic patient information.
• Maintain tidy reception area and manage daily mail and supplies.
• Process and relay patient information and insurance details as needed.
• Keep patient records organized and up to date for daily appointments.
