The Staff Pad is partnering with a health center in Pomona, CA to hire Customer Service Representatives. You will greet patients, manage check-in, verify demographics and insurance, and help enroll patients in programs as eligible. A welcoming, accurate patient experience is essential.

Join a fast-paced front-office team, maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA, and support patient flow while delivering exceptional service in a collaborative clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Healthcare front-desk experience required.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Strong computer skills including Windows and data entry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong patient-relations and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Assist with check-in and communicate next steps.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and EMR information.
• Process payments following Finance procedures.
• Obtain required patient documentation (ID, insurance).
• Notify back-office care team when check-in is complete.
• Support clinic closing duties and maintain a safe environment.
