All American Community Health Center in Pomona, CA is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist who is bilingual in English and Spanish. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, check in/out, and verify insurance.

The role supports the front desk, maintains accurate records in the EHR/EMR, and assists with referrals and forms. A high school diploma and customer service mindset are preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish; able to communicate with patients.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Able to multitask in a busy clinical front desk.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients in English and Spanish.
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Check patients in and out and verify insurance.
• Update patient demographics and contact information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR/EMR system.
• Assist with referrals, forms, and front office tasks.
