The Staff Pad in Pomona, CA is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative for their Dental Clinic. You will ensure a welcoming, timely, and accurate check-in process, greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and support front-office operations to enhance patient experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of dental office experience, strong data-entry skills, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience working in dental office.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer skills including data entry and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Greet and assist patients promptly, courteously, and accurately in the check-in process.
• Verify patient information, insurance, and demographics in the EMR.
• Collect payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with enrollment in programs and communicate next steps.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows as directed.
• Maintain clinic logs and support front-office operations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
