• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to appropriate team members.
• Support billing processes and explain medical services when needed.
• Enter referrals and maintain up-to-date patient records.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as assigned.
