Qualifications

• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage registration and appointment scheduling with the highest level of customer service.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Support patients in completing required forms and paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area to ensure a positive first impression.
• Identify and elevate patient concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Meet or exceed departmental productivity benchmarks while understanding billing processes.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records, ensuring charts are up-to-date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality for uninterrupted patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
