Job summary

PhyNet Dermatology LLC (External) is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Services Representative - Front Desk to support patient check-in, scheduling, and coordination across practices. The role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service in a busy dermatology setting.

The candidate will greet patients, handle registrations, and help with forms while coordinating clinical calls and maintaining patient records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with strong customer service.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area.
• Identify and escalate patient concerns to the appropriate teams.
• Meet or exceed departmental productivity benchmarks while understanding billing processes.
• Enter referral information and manage patient records to keep charts up-to-date.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
