Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance processes, delivering a seamless and compliant front-office experience while supporting revenue cycle performance.

You will educate patients on financial responsibilities, collect time-of-service payments, manage scheduling, and utilize EMR systems to track outcomes and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration to maintain data integrity.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Ops teams to resolve issues.
