Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet residents, manage guests and service providers, and monitor access control systems. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and multitasking skills in a residential building environment.

The candidate should have a minimum of one year front desk experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and familiarity with basic computer tools for incident reporting and logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitor electronic security control systems and maintain daily logs.
• Understand and respond to emergency and access-control procedures.
• Enforce building policies in a professional and firm manner.
• Prepare incident reports using a web browser or Word.
