Zusammenfassung

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage resident interactions, greet guests, and supervise access control systems with strong customer service. You will monitor Emergency Response System and maintain daily logs while ensuring a safe building environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with on-site staff, handling emergencies promptly, and supporting property operations. Prior experience in hospitality or security-focused roles is beneficial; bilingual skills

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
