Job summary

Bardessono is seeking a Front Desk Agent FT Associate (bilingual preferred) to warmly welcome guests at Lakeway, Texas. You will manage check-ins and outs, assist with pre-registration, and ensure accurate posting of charges while maintaining knowledge of reservations and room blocks.

The role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends, and a collaborative spirit focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in/out promptly and professionally; assist in pre-registration and blocking reservations as needed.
• Post all charges promptly and accurately to guest folios.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card information securely and correctly.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and how to apply them; understand same-day reservations, cancellations, and relocation procedures.
